Cheryl Spraggins joined Appalachian Mountain Services, Inc. in 2015 after previously serving as Lead Auditor and Training Coordinator for 30 years at the Georgia Department of Revenue, Local Government Services Division. While at the DOR, she wrote manuals on Delinquent Tax Collections and Ad Valorem Taxation in Georgia.  She also served as an advisor to the Commissioner on all Ad Valorem taxation issues. Cheryl is a 1992 graduate of Clayton State College with a Bachelors of Accounting and is a member of the AICPA. Currently, her primary role is leading training programs and new client relations.
